Moon.com VIP weekly and monthly bonus: what Moon paid out, and how to get in on it

What the Moon.com VIP weekly bonus is

Every Friday, Moon posts the same message in its official Telegram channel, “Moon.com - VIP Notices”: a claim link, the total VIP weekly bonus for the week, and a note that the boost covers all activity from midnight GMT on one day to midnight GMT seven days later, and is only available to people who played in that week.

So it is not a sign-up offer and it is not a deposit match. It is a pool of money Moon hands back to its active players every week, sized by how much play there was. In the three full weeks since Moon opened to the public in late August, the pool has been $85,048, $33,241 and $50,903. Before launch, in the invite-only weeks, it was a few hundred to a few thousand dollars.

Moon’s public launch was around 25 to 26 August, which is why the pool jumps from four figures to $85,048 in the first full week after it. We add each new week here on the Friday it is announced, and post the number the same day on our Telegram channel.

Who qualifies

One condition: you placed a bet on Moon inside the week the bonus covers. Each announcement spells out the window in GMT. The announcements state no minimum stake, no opt-in and no tier requirement, although how much of the pool reaches you is a separate question, covered below.

That means the earliest a brand new account can be included is the first Friday after its first bet. Sign up today, bet this week, and you are in the window for the next payout.

How to claim it

1. Join Moon’s official VIP channel on Telegram, “Moon.com - VIP Notices”. It is an invite-only channel for Moon players; if you do not have the link, ask Moon support from inside your account. Our own channel posts each week’s total the same day as a reminder to claim.
2. On Friday, open that week’s post and click the claim link. It opens moon.com with the Redeem code window and the week’s code already filled in.
3. Redeem while logged in to the account that placed the bets.

The code is different every week and only works for that week, so there is nothing to type from this page. We deliberately do not republish Moon’s codes; the live link is in Moon’s channel.

How the pool is split

Moon publishes the total, not the formula. What it has said is how VIP progress is measured. On 28 August the channel announced that VIP progression is now based on wager amount and leverage, with a multiplier of up to 5x at 1000x: $100 wagered at 1x counts as $100 towards VIP progress, $100 at 1000x counts as $500. The reasonable reading is that your share tracks your VIP standing and your play in the week, with leverage weighted heavily, but until Moon prints the split, treat any per-player estimate as a guess.

The VIP monthly bonus

The channel’s welcome message promised monthly VIP bonuses on top of the weekly one, and the first arrived on 15 September 2026: $125,088, covering all activity from midnight GMT on 15 August to midnight GMT on 15 September. That is more than every weekly pool so far added together.

It works the same way as the weekly one. The post carries a redeem link that opens moon.com with the month’s code filled in, and the bonus is only available to people who played in that month. The next one is due on 15 October, for play between 15 September and 15 October, so a bet placed any time in that window puts you in.

The monthly pool is paid in addition to the weekly ones, not instead of them: a player active through September is in four or five weekly pools and the monthly pool.

Weekly bonus plus rakeback: the full Moon reward stack

Two things pay you back on Moon, and they do not overlap.

Rakeback is 3.5% of every fee you pay, credited on every bet, win or lose, from the first bet, and it is switched on by the promo code moonlev (our link fills it in). It is small per bet, a $100 bet costs $1 to open so the rakeback on that is 3.5 cents, and it adds up with volume: $200 of fees in a month returns $7. The VIP weekly and monthly bonuses need a week or a month of play first, are paid from shared pools, and are claimed with a code that changes each time. They are where the bigger money is: $50,903 shared out in the latest week and $125,088 in one month is a lot more than rakeback returns across the whole player base.

Between them they are the whole offer, because Moon still has no welcome bonus. If you were waiting for a deposit match before signing up, this is what exists instead: a rebate on every bet from day one, a weekly payout once you are active, and a monthly one on the 15th.

What this means for how you play

Play in the window. A bet on any day of the week puts you in, so a quiet week with one small bet still counts; a week with none does not.

Leverage counts for more towards VIP progress, five times more at 1000x, but leverage also decides how far the price can move before you are liquidated. The leverage guide has the liquidation distances; a bet at 1000x is over after a move of about 0.1%.

Rakeback is on fees, so it does not care about leverage at all; the weekly bonus is on activity and VIP standing, so it does. The fees guide shows what each bet costs before either rebate.
