Moon.com, explained by people who leverage trade every day.
Moon is the new up/down price-betting platform reportedly from the team behind Stake: crypto, stocks and commodities, up to 1000x leverage, crypto-only deposits. This site tells you how it works, what it costs, and how to get the best start.
- 1x 100%

- 1000x 0.1%
Move against you that ends the bet, before Moon's spread and fees. At 1000x that is about 0.1%.
- 1000x max leverage
- 1% opening fee
- ≥10% performance fee
- Crypto only deposits
Figures from moon.com and help.moon.com, checked 4 September 2026. Holding fees also apply every 8 hours a bet stays open.
What Moon.com is, in one minute
Pick a market (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Tesla, Apple and more), bet whether the price goes Up or Down, and choose leverage from 1x to 1000x. Leverage multiplies your exposure: $100 at 100x behaves like a $10,000 position, so a 1% move in your favour roughly doubles your stake. Markets run 24/7, and a free play-money mode lets you learn the whole thing before you deposit.
Sign up through our link and your account is on Moon's VIP track from day one: 3.5% rakeback on the fees you pay, VIP tiers as you play, and first access to every promotion Moon launches.
Things to know before you play: you're betting against Moon, which prices in a spread plus fees (1% to open, a holding fee every eight hours the bet stays open, and at least 10% of any profit when you close a winner). Deposits are crypto only, KYC comes before your first deposit, and Moon runs in the browser rather than a native app. There's no welcome bonus yet.
Moon is operated by Moon International Limited, incorporated in the Comoros. At 1000x, a move of about 0.1% against you ends the bet, so pick a leverage tier you understand and start with play money.
